In a report published Thursday, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) claimed that Attorney General nominee Pam Bondi has a history of “undermining” voting rights.
The report titled “LDF Report in Opposition to the Nomination of Pamela Jo Bondi for Attorney General” alleges Bondi’s work as Florida AG and as chair of the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) make her “unfit” for the office.
“Ms. Bondi has a record of limiting voting rights, baselessly undermining faith in U.S. elections, and encouraging politically motivated prosecutions as an act of vengeance,” the report read.
