FCC’s Carr to Newsmax: Complaints Against Networks ‘Not Frivolous’

Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr told Newsmax Wednesday that the multiple complaints filed against the three major broadcast networks “are not frivolous.”

The move means the complaints, filed by the Center of American Rights, a conservative nonprofit, can be adjudicated on their merits.
