White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told Newsmax on Thursday that President Donald Trump is fulfilling his campaign promises with his flurry of executive orders aimed at securing the border and instituting mass deportations.

Trump this week issued executive orders declaring an “invasion across the southern border of the United States,” allowing military service members to serve as immigration and border enforcement to help with plans for mass deportations of immigrants.

“President Trump took historic action on his first day in the Oval Office, signing 10 executive orders to secure our homeland, secure our southern border, and launch the largest mass deportation operation in American history,” Leavitt said on “Wake Up America.”
