Lynn Ban, best known as a jewelry designer and cast member of the Netflix reality series “Bling Empire: New York,” has died at age 51 following a skiing accident.

Ban’s son, Sebastian, confirmed the news in a statement posted on her verified Instagram.

“My mum passed away on Monday,” he wrote alongside a series of family photos. “I know she wanted to share her journey after her accident and brain surgery, so I thought she would appreciate one last post sharing the news to people who supported her.”
