Actor Mel Gibson said it was “like daddy arrived” when President Donald Trump visited Los Angeles to investigate relief efforts amid the wildfires.

Trump landed in L.A. on Friday afternoon to tour the devastation left by several deadly blazes that broke out this month, KTLA reported.

Shortly after arriving and being met on the tarmac by Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom, the president had an intense sit-down with California officials. He repeatedly clashed with local and state Democrats, blaming them for ‘not doing enough’ to contain the fires.
