Arizona Rep. Andy Biggs confirmed Sunday on Newsmax that he will run for governor in his home state in 2026, commenting that the state is being run by leaders who are not only anti-American, but also anti-Arizona.
“Arizona should be probably the reddest state in the country,” the Republican told Newsmax’s “Sunday Agenda.” “When God was blessing states, he really blessed Arizona, but one of the things he did is he gave us three leaders at the top who are Democrats, radicals who are anti-American. They’re anti-Arizona.”
The leaders have vowed to fight deportations from the border state, Biggs said, with Gov. Katie Hobbs, in “one of the first things she did,” saying, “We’re not going to have a border security task force any longer.”
