Tom Brady may be considering selling his luxury mansion on Indian Creek Island.

Located in the exclusive Florida community often dubbed the “Billionaire Bunker,” real estate prices have skyrocketed since Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos’ arrival. Now, sources familiar with the situation revealed that the property, located at 26 Indian Creek Island Road, is being discreetly shown to a select group of prospective buyers, Bloomberg reported. Although the home isn’t officially on the market, it has reportedly garnered offers exceeding $150 million, according to three insiders with knowledge of the matter.

Negotiations are said to be ongoing, but there’s no guarantee a deal will be finalized.
