After losing the election in November, the Democrats devised a game plan to stop the implementation of President Donald Trump’s agenda. Since Democrats no longer controlled Congress or the White House, they decided to focus on the judiciary.
Consequently, 23 Democratic attorneys general decided to meet daily for “a 30-minute confidential video chat to coordinate their plans for pushing back against the Trump administration.”
The coordinated resistance was joined by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and other left-wing organizations. The result has been unprecedented success in the federal courts.
